Pastor Robert Walker from Kingston was the guest preacher in Clark’s Town on Sabbath day, July 15, 2017.

His topic was 1 Timothy 2:9.

1Ti 2:9
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;

Pastor Walker looked at the verse a little differently. He sought to dig deeper into its meaning for us today. This he did by looking at the cultural and historical context in which the Apostle Sha’ul (Paul) wrote the verse.

In the end, it became a case of “there is nothing new under the sun.”

Pastor Henry delivers his Sabbath School teaching entitled: “Preparing for the Kingdom.

This teaching was delivered on Sabbath, November 26, 2016 at the First Congregation of Yahweh International in Clark’s Town, Trelawny, Jamaica. Occasion was the visit of Pastor Robert Kerr from Douglas Castle, Clarendon. Pastor Kerr delivered the sermon.

We thought we had captured the sermon on video, but realized that the SD card was full. While we thought it was being recorded, unfortunately, most of it was not.
