Photos and Videos from Pentecost 2016

Pentecost 2016 in Content, Adelphi, St. James, was a gathering of the groups from Clarks Town, Yorkland, Paisley and host assembly, Content.

We were blessed with the presence of two female nonagenarians (over 90 years old), one of whom (Sister Estelle Taylor) gave a powerful message, asking the question, “Have you been filled with the Holy Spirit since you believed?” This laid the foundation for Pastor Henry’s message that was to come later on entitled: “The Baptism of the Holy Spirit.”

We have a video of the sermon by Pastor Walker, as well as other photos and videos from a wonderful feast day over in Content. The photos will be shown first of all, then the videos. Enjoy!

Pastor Henry

Pastor Lynval Henry Pentecost 2016

Here is the video of Pastor Lynval Henry’s sermon on Pentecost 2016, entitled: “The Baptism of the Holy Spirit.”

This is my first attempt at recording a full sermon and it turned out to be quite a struggle. The Nikon D3100 kept shutting off after every few minutes. It would have been great if it could have been restarted immediately, but I sometimes had to wait minutes before it could restart. Sadly, this resulted in critical parts of the sermon being omitted.

In the end, I had to discard the Nikon DSLR and use my cellphone. That’s why things got a bit shaky in the end, but I guess it is the message that counts.

Hope you enjoy the sermon. It was delivered in the Content branch.
